1. **Returns** - NO returns shall be accepted, We only process exchanges.
2. **Refunds** - Refunds are only allowed if the product is lost in shipping and the product is delayed for more than 7 days. Buyer shall notify the company of the delay in shipping. you will be refunded within 3-5 business after we are notfied.
3. **Exchanges** - If you wish to exchange a product it shall only be exchanged if the product is damaged when it reached the customer and customer shall notify the company of the damage within 3 days of the delivery of product. - We will process the exchange once we receive the product
